A 1981 Massey University graduate, David initially spent time performing goat embryo transfers, before travelling to Taranaki, where he worked for six years in predominately dairy cattle practice. In 1988 he joined Vet Clinic Morrinsville and has been here ever since, apart from a year-long sabbatical working as a vet in England.
He has special interests in dairy cattle production medicine and dairy goat medicine. He has experience in nutrition, fertilisers, early ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis and mastitis troubleshooting. David is one of only a handful of people who can accurately perform early foetal sexing in cattle.
Davids interests outside work include cycling, boating, his family and home handyman work.
