This month, the spotlight is on vet nurse/receptionist Annelise and her menagerie of critters.
Here at Veterinary Clinic Morrinsville, taking care of your pets is our top priority. This love of animals extends beyond the clinic and many of us have several furry friends to care for at home, too.
So, let's meet some of our team and their pets:
Annelise may have only been with us for 6 months, but she is already a staple of the VCM team! You may have spotted her in scrubs, or in her front-of-house uniform as she “floats” between being a vet nurse and our friendly receptionist.
She is also studying for a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, so is a busy bee!
In vet nursing, Annelise is most passionate about educating owners, especially on rabbit welfare, but also loves assisting with surgeries and hospitalised patient care.
Outside of work, Annelise likes to hit the gym, take her dogs out and about and spend time with family.
She is the proud Mum of several fur baby pairings, including two rabbits (Ash and Theo, who featured in June's newsletter), two German Shepherds (Lupin and Luna), two cats (Bear and Taz) and two sheep (Pete and Polly). You can see where her passion for nursing and animals comes from!
